We believe anti-racist education is just the beginning. Cultivating new competencies and creating a culture in the classroom that truly respects and acknowledges the human diversity is the way forward. For that we need to cultivate a new set of skills and competencies in youth that are defense against the existing social prejudices and biases and creates a new culture where everyone belongs. With that in mind we created Resilience Toolkit.

Resilience Toolkit a set of resources, guides and student activities that builds resilience against discrimination and hate. Designed to be used by educators Resilience Toolkit is based on the principles of human-centered design and design thinking that focuses on learning by doing.

Students build pluralist competencies by undergoing individual activities and group projects that engage them in understanding and identifying the problem—prejudice, discrimination and hate. And encourages them to seek and ideate solutions.
